excellent experience!
central location helpful staff spacious accommodation breakfast option
The hotel has a very central location. the staff was helpful. my room was a double room. i found the accommodation really nice and spacious. the breakfast was great (especially the variety of options!). i also liked the nice gesture for the kids. They brought a plate of fruits and juices while we were out.
i sometimes heard the metro below the hotel. it didn't disturb my sleep though (i'm a pretty heavy sleeper!).

the staff was genuinely friendly. mery at reception was very sweet and accommodating. she went out of her way trying to find some information for me. i really appreciated the level of detail and kindness.

Wonderful stay near popular attractions
easy access local restaurants
The location allowed easy access to many places. I could walk to major attractions and found the nearby metro station very convenient. Staff helped me with directions and suggestions for local restaurants. They were very attentive and polite.

orange juice central location breakfast selection small room unwelcoming staff
the breakfast was quite generous with many choices. i especially liked the fresh orange juice machine. the location was pretty good too close to many restaurants.
the room was a little small i barely had enough space to open my luggage. some staff were not that cute i noticed a clear difference in attitude.

Adequate Stay with Minor Issues
perfect room bunk bed organized space extra charge high price expensive kettle
the room was perfect for my family. bunk beds provided comfort for my teen daughters. the room felt spacious and nicely organized. the front desk staff were excellent and accommodated our needs.
this issue was resolved with a manager. a kettle request cost 10 euros per night which i found excessive. i ended up buying a new kettle to avoid the high charge.
